Job Responsibilities
  • Assist Manager to compile, verify, organize and analyze documents of the company’s properties/assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
  • Keep tracking, updating and maintaining proper documentary records for all the company’s properties/assets including files, approvals, land titles, agreements and relevant documents.
  • Dealing and follow up with authorities & consultants on the company’s properties/assets matters.
  • Handle full spectrum of administration duties within the department including coordinating and arranging meetings & preparing appointments.
  • Ensure proper and accurate filing for all correspondence and documents, and assist in preparation of reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and reports.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Housing, Planning & Building, Business Administration Management or other related qualifications.
  • Minimum 1–2 years working experience in property development or in a similar capacity.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in handling project drawings, maps, landbank and valuation works.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and other local languages.
  • Proficient in MS Office: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and SAP.
  • Able to travel anytime as required.
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the management.
