Join Our Growing Team as a Project Executive!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist Superior on all aspects of project management to ensure smooth operation and timely completion, within budget and comply to quality standard.
• Monitor and progress update on work progress, report variation from project scope
• Handle the projects assigned and liaison with Contractor and Consultants on site work
• Monitor and coordinate with Contractor and Consultants for timely submission, raising and response to all technical submissions and clarification.
• Ensure that drawings are updated and maintained.
• Maintain proper documentation on work and assist to prepare management report.
• Monitor and inform relevant parties to ensure site adherence to safe work practices and proper housekeeping.
• Attend all office and site meeting unless otherwise instructed.
• Work inspection according to Inspection and Tests Plan
• Arrange and attend QC inspection by relevant parties – Architect, Engineer etc. and maintain record
• Record and feedback any variations to Project QS.
• Assist Project QS in assessment of Contractor’s claim.
• Coordinate and liaise with all stakeholders including Authorities leading to successful and timely obtainment of CCC.
• Carried out CPC defect identification for subsequent review/track by Site Executive.
• Any other matter that may be directly from time to time from Management

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 Years working experience in the related fields.
• Degree/Diploma In Civil Engineering, Architecture or Equivalent.
• Based in Kuala Lumpur with willingness to undergo training in i-Park SAC, Senai, Johor from time to time as required.
