Oversee and assisting the liaison team to obtain the speedy approval from technical departments / local authorities inclusive of KM/DO, Building Plan & Infra Approval in varies Local Authority

Involving in overall project planning from conception to completion stage.

Coordinating and monitoring consultants’ deliverables in design planning, submission, tender & construction.

Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon.

Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project progression to the clients, superior and internal team.

Assisting in monitoring project feasibility, cash flow and budget.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in property development or construction-related projects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
• Proactive with good initiative and the ability to work independently when required.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to project tasks.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles will be an added advantage.
