Job description

We are seeking a talented and driven Project Executive to join our dynamic team at YP Nominees Holdings Sdn. Bhd. As a Project Executive, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our agricultural initiatives, contributing to the strategic objectives of the company. Based in Ipoh, Perak, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As a full-time Project Executive, your role will involve managing key projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, and maintaining adherence to regulatory and ESG standards.

What you’ll be doing

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, timelines, and work plans.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, government agencies, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure alignment of projects with the company’s strategic goals and compliance with GLC governance requirements.

2. Plantation & Agricultural Project Support

• Support the implementation of palm oil plantation projects, including land preparation, planting, harvesting, and sustainability practices.
• Assist in monitoring and managing diversified projects such as fertigation crops, cash crops, livestock (ternakan lembu), and other agricultural initiatives.
• Track progress and performance metrics for plantation yields, cost efficiency, and sustainability targets.

3. Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare project progress reports, financial updates, and compliance documentation for management and Board review.
• Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects are executed according to plan and standards.

4. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all projects adhere to GLC governance frameworks, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Support the adoption of best practices in ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) for plantation operations.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with stakeholders including government agencies, local communities, and business partners.
• Provide administrative and technical support during project meetings, presentations, and site inspections.

• Proven experience as a Project Executive or similar role in the agricultural or related industry.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects within set timelines and budgets.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Proficient in data analysis, research, and report writing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
