Job summary

A leading construction company in Selangor is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to manage precast concrete projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and must demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include coordinating project briefings, managing schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries on site. Attractive remuneration is offered along with fringe benefits. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in precast concrete projects.
• Candidates must be motivated and looking for a long career.
• Immediate start or within 1 month.

Responsibilities

• Provide project briefing at commencement to Main Contractor/Customer.
• Liaise closely with Main Contractor/Customer on schedule requirements.
• Coordinate on technical issues and daily deliveries.
• Monitor site progress and report to Factory.
• Solve site issues and address complaints.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To provide project briefing at commencement of project to Main Contractor/ Customer.
• To liaise closely with Main Contractor/ Customer on requirement as per their schedule especially on-time-delivery.
• To coordinate with Main Contractor/ Customer on technical issues (if any).
• To coordinate with Main Contractor/ Customer on daily deliveries.
• To ensure installation works are carried out in accordance to our method statement and as per design requirement.
• To regularly monitor site progress, feedback to Factory and report on site progress.
• Solving site issues.
• To liaise withMain Contractor/ Customer/ Internal stakeholdersfor any issues &complains.
• Any other job function assigned and new responsibilities may be added as and when necessary from time to time.

Qualifications

• At least Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in precast concrete projects.
• Initiative and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Possess basis English & computer skill.
• Candidates must be motivated and looking forward to a long career.
• Immediate start or in 1 month time.

Note: 5.5 days work week
