A project management company based in Malaysia is looking for a qualified candidate with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Project. Responsibilities include managing project quality standards and deliverables, overseeing contract documents, and ensuring proper project execution and closure. Willingness to travel is essential for this role.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management and Building.
Preferably with 2-3 years and above working experience in related fields.
With knowledge to use Microsoft Project
Willing to travel.
Manage the development of all project deliverables and quality standards for both small and large, multi-discipline projects, required to meet internal and client deliverables. List them in order of importance.
Manage with all contract documents and all project(s) objectives including client standards, as well as country of work codes and specifications.
Develop plans for executing and controlling large, multi-discipline projects, including but not limited to, schedules, budgets, resource management, and change management.
Define approval process and timing, both internally and with the client, for review of all project submittals.
Monitor that all engineering calculations are properly prepared and that the review of contractor calculations and deliverables is performed in a timely fashion according to the scope of the project.
Be accountable for quality of program deliverables both, internally and with the client.
Provide direction and coaching to members of the project team. Lead and/or participate in project meetings, job review meetings and bid meetings.
Ensure that projects are closed-out according to internal procedural requirements and client requirements.
Fulfill corporate administrative requirements.
