Duties/Responsibilities
- Track Project Progress: Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to the established timeline and objectives.
- Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning and analysis to meet volume demand and maximize plant utilization.
- Collaborate on Automation Projects: Work with the team to plan and implement future automation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity in the factory.
- Equipment to MES Connection: Set up equipment connection with MES.
- Cross‑Functional Liaison: Liaise with cross‑functional teams to align project goals, facilitate communication, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Project Coordination: Manage the project department, including project allocation, resource coordination, communication, etc.
- Additional Duties: Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong leadership.

- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese‑speaking associates/vendors.
- Problem‑solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Industrial Automation Skills: Understanding of modernizing legacy manufacturing systems using technologies like PLC, SCADA, IoT, and integrating them with core systems such as MES, EAP, SPC.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, to drive alignment, resolve issues, and ensure seamless project execution.
Preferred Skills/Abilities
- Excel Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic analytical tools is a plus.
- AutoCAD Knowledge: Familiarity with AutoCAD is beneficial.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline required.
- Candidate with at least 1 year of working experience in automated manufacturing industry is preferred; however, entry level candidates without experience are welcomed to apply.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC, including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US citizens and US permanent residents; b) recognition of foreign person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understanding the export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
