The Project Director leads the delivery of complex, high-value projects for strategic clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, resources and quality standards. This role provides strong leadership across project governance, stakeholder management and business development, while driving continuous improvement in project delivery practices.

What you'll do

Lead and oversee professional services engagements for key strategic accounts.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company methodology and quality standards.

Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Oversee project governance, engagement reviews, and quality assurance processes.

Manage contract drafting, negotiations, and compliance with contractual terms.

Drive resource planning, team development, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies and ways of working.

Support revenue growth through client engagement, identifying opportunities, and business development initiatives.

What is needed from you

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of software project management experience, preferably within financial services industry with a strong delivery track record.

Experience working in a vendor or professional services environment.

Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.

Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, Agile) is a plus.
