What You'll Be Doing
  • Engage with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, ensuring a personalized and professional experience.
  • Develop functional and aesthetically aligned design proposals using our design software, tailored to client expectations.
  • Introduce clients to our products and services, addressing inquiries with interior design expertise.
  • Prepare accurate quotations based on design concepts.
  • Assist customers in the experience centre while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight key product features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with designers and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in interior design consulting or sales. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Coohom, AI House, or similar tools (on-the-job training will be provided).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
