Job Duties & Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, setting goals, and overseeing all aspects of construction and development.

Budget and Cost Management: Managing project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

Schedule Management: Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery.

Contract and Vendor Management: Overseeing contracts with vendors and contractors, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure projects meet established standards.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, and providing guidance and support.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicating project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.

Construction Management: Overseeing all construction activities, coordinating on-site work, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Development Management: Managing the development process, including site selection, design, permitting, and construction.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in project management and construction management, typically 5-10 years or above.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and schedules.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
