As a Project Coordinator (Site-Based) at Pamir Development Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of major construction projects. This full-time, site-based position will see you coordinating and managing various aspects of the project, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion. What you'll be doing
  • Coordinating and monitoring project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Implementing and maintaining project management processes, systems, and documentation
  • Identifying and resolving issues or risks that may impact project delivery
  • Providing regular progress reports and updates to project managers and senior leadership
  • Assisting with the preparation of project bids, tenders, and proposals
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
