An established public listed company is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee construction activities. This role includes coordinating, supervising, and monitoring daily works to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Project Coordinator (based at Taman Daya/Bandar Baru Kangkar Pulai)

We are an established public listed company involved in housing development, cultivation of oil palm, processing and marketing of refined palm oil products, property investment and share investment holding.

We invite qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the above position for our Property Division:

JOB DESCRIPTION :

To coordinate, supervise, monitor and control daily Construction Works including planning, organizing and scheduling of site activities.

To ensure all works carried out are in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedure, method statements and contract bill of quantity.

Monitor Contractor’s works to achieve the target schedule according to the work program within the assigned budget.

To verify progress report and attending site meeting.

To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.

To witness material testing, site valuation, joint measurement and setting out.

Checking and verifying interim and final claims by Contractors for Project Manager and Consultants.

To carry out inspection and test as required and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system.

To perform any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

To carry out supervision/ coordination of rectification works during Defect Liabilities Period.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Certificate / Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering / Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Working experience will be an added advantage.

Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Possess good leadership, strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to plan and work independently.

Must possess own transport.
