• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules.
• Prepare and execute PCN event slides.
• Communicate PCN health status through weekly reports.
• Drive proactive risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary contact for suppliers.
• Manage PCN end-to-end metrics reporting.
• Analyze and filter supplier PCN requests.
• Handle MC submissions and EOL processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely PCN data entry.
• Prepare and submit required project reports.

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage PCN activities, track project schedules, drive risk mitigation, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams. Requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and Mandarin. On-site in Penang.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules across related departments; track progress to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and execute PCN (Product Change Notice) event slides, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders and gathering all required qualification inputs.
• Communicate PCN health status through weekly reports and support PCN review presentations.
• Drive proactive risk mitigation to minimize supply and quality risks.
• Act as the primary contact for suppliers, MSI purchasing, and RTG teams on PCN-related escalations and urgent qualification needs.
• Manage PCN end-to-end metrics reporting for internal stakeholders and external EMS partners.
• Analyze and filter supplier PCN requests for impact and qualification requirements.
• Handle MC (Manufacturing Change) submissions, EOL (End of Life) processes, and ensure all affected EMS parties provide PCN updates.
• Ensure accurate and timely PCN data entry, supplier Agile onboarding, and supplier training/education.
• Prepare and submit all required project reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Degree in any fields (Diploma holders from MSI ex-contractors are welcome)
• Working experience in project management, PCN processes, supply chain, or handling projects is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in project/program management are encouraged to apply
• Outgoing, self-disciplined, and able to work independently
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking
• Good project management and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills and good writing ability for reporting
• Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macro)
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Mandarin is mandatory to support China counterparts)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and support occasional night calls if required
• Willing to relocate and work on-site in Penang
