As a Project Assistant/Coordinator (Exhibitions/Events) at 3 POINT 8 ART & CREATIVE SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our diverse range of art exhibitions, events, and creative projects. What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative and logistical support for the planning and execution of art exhibitions, events, and creative projects
• Assisting with the coordination of all event-related activities, including vendor management, schedule management, and on-site coordination
• Collaborating with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our exhibitions and events
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Supporting the team in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the planning and delivery of projects
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
