A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia seeks a Project Coordinator to oversee project planning, scheduling, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in project management in the manufacturing industry, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires effective communication abilities and the capability to work under pressure, ensuring all project targets and customer requirements are met. To coordinate a cross functional proposal project team for capability & capacity study as well as project costing and final quotations.
To assist in ensuring that contract review meetings are conducted as when required.
To be responsible for overall project planning, scheduling and meeting customers’ targets and requirements.
To assist in ensuring that programs delivery, quality and contractual requirements are met.
To highlight major program issues to higher management, to plan and ensure program recovery actions are implemented successfully, when required.
To liaise with the customers on program queries, status and reports.
To conduct project meeting along with project team as scheduled.
Internal: Need to communicate internal section intern to meet Production output.
