• Minimum 8–10 years experience in injection moulding, tooling development, or project/program management.
• Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, PPM, and quality system requirements.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 quality management systems.

We are seeking an experiencedProgram/ ProjectManagerto lead and manage all activities related to new projects

Location: Senai
Industry: Plastic Injection Moulding

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all injection moulding projects from concept, tooling development, trials, validation, to mass production readiness.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, timelines, and project milestones.

Liaise with customers to define specifications, technical expectations, and program deliverables.

Oversee new mould/tooling design, development, SPV submissions, and trial runs.

Review and approve project documentation including drawings, BOM, FMEA, PPM, and technical data.

Conduct project reviews, track progress, mitigate risks, and report status to management and stakeholders.

Resolve tooling, process, and technical issues arising during development or shop-floor execution.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 standards.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle project-related escalations.

Identify new business opportunities related to tooling, new products, and customer development.

Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years experience in injection moulding, tooling development, or project/program management.

Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, PPM, and quality system requirements.

Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 quality management systems.

Excellent project management skills with ability to plan, track, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
