Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for product transfers, greenfield developments, and advanced facility planning—ensuring quality, efficiency, and the adoption of smart features.
• Act as a key representative in cross-functional project teams, supporting the transformation of production and logistics operations to the next level.
• Track progress against objectives, deliverables, and timelines while anticipating risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Develop forward-thinking strategies for space management, infrastructure, and operational sustainability.
• Champion green practices and embed sustainability initiatives into project execution.
• Manage contracts, CapEx, and OpEx budgets, providing monthly updates to ensure financial accountability.
• Consistently meet KPI standards while identifying proactive measures to ensure flawless transfer and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in project development and/or industrial facility management.
• Proven exposure to electronics or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
