Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Coordination: develop complete program plans including deliverables, schedules, milestones, resource planning. Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production to ensure smooth execution.
• Align the program's goals with the organization's long-term business strategy, focusing on continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Customer Management & Communication: act as the primary contact for customers on all program matters. Provide regular program updates, ensure all customer requests pass effectively to internal teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective customer management, feedback analysis, corrective actions, and service improvement programs.
• Program Execution & Tracking, New Product Introduction (NPI) Support: monitor the progress of all program activities against timeline, quality, and cost targets. Track sample builds, NPI stages, pilot runs, engineering builds, and mass production readiness.
• Oversee the transition of new products from design to full-scale production, ensuring technical requirements met, documentation complete, and timelines maintained.
• Identify potential risks early (material delays, tooling issues, design gaps, DFM challenges). Develop risk mitigation plans and coordinate resolution with responsible departments.
• Cost, Change, and Scope Management: gather costing data, BOM and process information for quotation. Track cost implications due to design changes, additional requirements, or project delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Program Management, serving as a Program Manager in EMS industry, with proven experience in RFQ management and product costing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a high level of commitment to overall job responsibilities.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment & withstand pressure.
