Job summary

A leading EMS provider in Malaysia is seeking a Program Manager to lead program execution and serve as the primary liaison with customers. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of program management experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring production plans, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, with Mandarin as an added advantage. This position is located in Johor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program management or administration role, preferably in EMS/manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in handling ECO/ECN (Engineering Change Orders/Notices) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results within deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program execution and act as the primary liaison between the company and customers.
  • Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects are on schedule.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive a successful program lifecycle.
  • Monitor production plans, shipment commitments, and revenue tracking.
  • Organize, track, and prepare necessary reporting for customers.
  • Manage customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and ensuring timely closure.
