Program / Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Program / Project Engineer to support customer RFQs, manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, and coordinate engineering change processes. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and on‑time delivery in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and prepare accurate, competitive quotations for RFQs.
• Coordinate and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including BOM preparation and alignment with relevant functional teams.
• Utilize internal systems and applications (e.g. SAP) for project tracking, documentation, and coordination.
• Manage and execute Engineering Change Notices (ECN) from initiation through implementation, ensuring readiness for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to meet customer and business requirements.

Experience
