About the role

Datacrats Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Director to lead the delivery of our key business initiatives. In this full‑time, permanent role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of complex, cross‑functional programmes that are critical to the company's growth and transformation.

What you'll be doing

• Provide overall leadership, direction and oversight for major programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including defining key milestones, resource requirements and risks.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to align on programme objectives, scope and dependencies.
• Lead, motivate and develop high‑performing project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies, quickly escalating any concerns to senior management.
• Regularly report on programme progress, highlighting key achievements, challenges and proposed solutions.
• Continuously look for ways to optimise programme delivery, driving innovation and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior programme/project management role, ideally within a fast‑paced, complex and technology‑driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large‑scale, transformational initiatives on time and within budget.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure.
• Hands‑on experience with programme and project management methodologies and tools.
• Degree in a relevant field, such as business, technology or engineering.
