Job description

To monitor chiller testing schedule on production floor.

To assist colleagues, subordinates and superior on chiller testing when needed.

To obey the safety and health requirement while performing task in the production line.

To execute any other function assigned by the HOD.

Willing to support after normal working hours, weekend, and public holiday to meet daily chiller testing output when require.

To help colleagues on chiller setup such water hose, power cable, test cart gauge and temperature sensors.

Willing to work with 3 phase low, medium or high voltage.

Require to test or control test chiller independently after sufficient training been given.

To plan and coordinate compressor rebuild schedule for Warranty/ Service/ Planner to ensure the completion dates are achieved according to plan.

To learn and work together with colleagues/ subordinates on disassemble and assemble compressor.

To review fail compressor spare part whether can be reuse or scrapped.

To liaise with the material planner/supplier on the production floor stock to ensure that rebuilt compressor are delivered to meet planned schedule.

To review and execute the requirements in the factory orders especially compressor to meet customer demand.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

Able to work overtime and under pressure.

Experience with manufacturing of HVAC products

Individual with 1-3 years of working experience in the related field in the HVAC products is an added advantage.

Good in team work & can work under pressure

Education Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.

Fresh graduates from Vocational School / Polytechnic / ADTEC / Community College/ IKM / IKBN / KKTM / ILP with keen interest to develop career in HVAC production line are encourage to apply.
