Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and support daily production activities.
• Check and verify production data for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure output meets quality standards and specifications.
• Achieve shift production targets and control production activities.
• Maintain machines in good working condition and report abnormalities.
• Enforce compliance with QMS, EHS, and Best Way Practices.
• Coach and brief subordinates on work orders.
