Responsibilities

• Record the total output and total rejected goods every day.
• Check the Quality check form every day.
• Monitor online production flow, quality control and quantity produced.
• Ensure staff works with good teamwork and efficiently to achieve the company goal and objectives.
• Train the operators on line.
• Request material according to the daily planning schedule for each product.
• Ensure cleanliness of the working area.
• Set and adjust machine parameters and submit for quality confirmation during startup.
• Do troubleshooting when there are in-process complaints or other abnormalities.
• Check and report to section head when there is machine or supporting jig failure.
• Perform any other job as relevant assigned from time to time by the superior or management.
