• Supervise operations within the facility to achieve production targets.
• Assist factory manager with daily operations and production scheduling.
• Prepare reports and liaise with department leaders and personnel.

Job description

• Supervising operations within a facility to achieve targets on higher output, compliance with food safety and professional standard.
• To assist factory manager on daily operation and arrange production schedule.
• Prepare report to factory manager and liaise with department leader, QC and store personnel for highly support to achieve planned goals.
• Maintaining communication between workers and factory manager to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
• To maintain good housekeeping, proper hygiene & sanitary practices to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
• To involve and respond to daily machinery maintenance and record diagnose breakdown of machinery.
• Implementing strict control of workers disciplinary matters such as attendance, leave, overtime & manpower allocation.
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources is sufficient before production commerce.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior or management.
• Provide effective guidance, support and training for worker to upgrade their skills and competencies
