Job description

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in our manufacturing facility in Senai, Johor. This is a full‑time position where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are consistently met.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve required output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate production operators to ensure discipline, productivity, and safe work practices.
• Monitor machine performance, material usage, and process flow to reduce downtime and ensure efficiency.
• Apply strong critical thinking to analyse problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit accurate Daily Production Reports to the Production Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, 5S, safety, and all quality standards.
• Work closely with the Engineering and Maintenance teams for machine‑related issues and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve quality deviations and ensure product specifications are met.
• Support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen / Lean / Productivity initiatives).

What we’re looking for

Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering / Mechatronics / Production Technology / Industrial or Operations Management / Quality Management or any related field.

• SKM Level 3 / Level 4 or Technical Certificate (ILP/IKBN) is also accepted.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Able to prepare Daily Production Reports independently.
• Experience with ERP systems (Wincom or SAP) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SOP.
• Understanding of material flow, machine utilisation, and downtime analysis.
• Engineering knowledge (machine operation, basic troubleshooting) is a strong added advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment.
• Willing to work shift (if required).
