We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at TODAY INGREDIENTS SDN BHD\' in Klang, Selangor. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to‑day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient and effective production processes to meet our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality products.
• Monitor production schedules, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations, and lead the implementation of appropriate measures.
• Provide training and development opportunities to production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as planning, maintenance, and quality control, to optimise production workflows.
• Analyse production data and reports, and provide recommendations to management to drive operational excellence.
