Responsibilities

• Responsible for direction and supervise the daily activities of production in a safe, efficient and high volume, quality manufacturing.
• Develop and implement actions items to meet production schedules goals and company objectives.
• Communicate pertinent information regarding production, quality or personnel issues and coordination to achieve team members and daily target plan.
• Coordinate cycle-time, manufacturing project.
• Ensure the production lines achieve optimum production capacity including manpower arrangement.
• Review update, organize and delegate daily tasks to respective line leader and operators.
• Able to planning, scheduling, generate, update daily output reports and line quality improvement.
• Maintain a safe working environment to the line leader and operators.
• To ensure 0 rejection from production output.
• To update scrap records.
• Work closely with the other department to ensure smooth execution of daily production.
• To drive team to meet daily production to meet daily production schedule and encounter problem during process include quality, materials and equipment.
• Ensure good 5S and Safety at production area.
• To ensure MES system data accuracy and analysis data input.
