Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration, with experience in production planning and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is vital. Production Planning / 生产计划

• Develop detailed production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and order situations to ensure smooth production.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to ensure on-time delivery.

Material Management / 物料管理

• Responsible for material demand planning to ensure timely supply of all required materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material quality and delivery timelines.

Production Process Optimization / 生产流程优化

• Analyze production data and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Promote and implement lean manufacturing to improve production line performance.

Quality Control / 质量控制

• Participate in the formulation and implementation of production quality standards.
• Monitor quality issues during production and coordinate timely solutions.

Inventory Management / 库存管理

• Monitor and manage inventories to maintain a reasonable stock level.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.

Coordination & Communication / 协调与沟通

• Communicate closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics and other departments to ensure information flow.
• Address production issues and coordinate resources for timely resolution.

Data Analysis & Reporting / 数据分析与报告

• Collect and analyze production data, prepare reports, and provide decision support.
• Develop and track production KPIs to continuously improve performance.

Job Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in production planning or supply chain management is required.
• Experience in food manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to communicate confidently internally and externally.
