• Assist the Production HOD in overall production operations.

• Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures for compliance.
• Handle other production-related projects.

Job Position : Production Planner ( Executive Level )

Responsibilities

• Assist Production HOD for the overall production operation including manpower planning, process control in achieving production and cost control targets.
• Assist to optimize all available resources such as manpower, material, and equipment to ensure production volume, costs, scrap, and inventory meet the production plan.
• Planning and monitoring the department daily operations.
• Maintain and improve Standard Operation Procedures and monitor workers to ensure compliance with it.
• Be responsible for any other production related projects and assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing Management, technology Industrial or equivalent (Specialize in Food industry is an advantage).
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity with solid hands‑on supervisory experience in handling a large group of subordinates, including foreign workers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and familiar with statistical tools.
• Self‑motivated, with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Malay with good interpersonal skills.
