Job summary

A manufacturing company in Penang is seeking an experienced professional for order management and production execution. Job description

Order Management: Collect, organize, and verify order and safety stock requirements, check material completeness, and convert requirements into production instructions.

Respond to order delivery dates and track exceptions.

Plan Execution Management: Organize, verify, and release production schedules, track production progress, and communicate and coordinate after exceptions occur.

Capacity Planning: Provide capacity planning information for the designated products and track and resolve capacity bottlenecks.

Inventory Turnover Management: Monitor and analyze inventory levels to improve inventory turnover.

Manage incoming and outgoing warehouses.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in information management, statistics, finance, or logistics.

At least three years of PMC experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with ERP System planning and procurement operations.

Excellent communication and summary skills, proactive and proactive.

Proficiency in Office software.
