Overview

Simosynergy Sdn Bhd is a growing and dynamic switchgear manufacturer, proudly based in Malaysia. We specialize in the design and production of Low Voltage (LV) switchboards and Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear, committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient power solutions to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall production planning and scheduling.
  • Prepare production schedules (Gantt charts) and determine lead times for all production stages.
  • Assist the production manager in maintaining a safe, well-organized, and efficient production floor.
  • Monitor production progress and provide weekly status updates.
  • Liaise with the production executive and other departments to ensure material readiness and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Department on material availability and shipment tracking.
  • Provide workflow and process guidance to production workers.
  • Support production objectives by performing additional assigned tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Material Management / Logistics / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Self‑initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
