Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure key production indicators and metrics are achieved, such as throughput, Quality and cost objectives.
• Ensure all processes are aligned with specification and parameters.
• Build a strong production team with a focus on quality and accountability.
• Anticipate and recognize events or situations that could adversely affect production efficiencies, and take action accordingly.
• Actively participate in the quality and improvement process and apply the principals of continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
• Work with the quality team to solve production issues.
• Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and personnel by careful employment of all available resources.
• Support the purchase of new equipment by delivering production requirements from on‑site learning and experience, updating layouts, and validating processes.
• Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations.
• Support company certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and work actively to improve those areas.
• Other tasks assigned by company management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience with production management.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a high‑pressure environment.
• Driven, proactive, and aggressive in accomplishing KPIs.

NECESSARY SKILLS & JOB REQUIREMENT

• Good command of the English language, written and spoken.
• Competent users of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP).
