Duties & Responsibilities:
- Production Management:
- Develop and implement production strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Plan and schedule production activities, ensuring that resources, equipment, and materials are effectively allocated to meet production targets.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production workflows and timely resolution of issues.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop production personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to drive employee engagement and development.
- Foster a safe working environment, implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols and practices.
- Quality Control:
- Establish and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
