A dynamic manufacturing company in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Line Leader. The ideal candidate will lead and supervise production operators, monitor schedules, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. You should have at least 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics. This role offers opportunities for growth in a collaborative working environment and requires effective communication in English and Mandarin.

Lead and supervise production operators to achieve daily output, quality, and delivery targets.
Coordinate assembly, crimping, soldering, testing, and inspection activities according to SOPs.
Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, and material readiness.
Ensure product quality, conduct first article checks, and upscale issues promptly.
Maintain safety, discipline, and 5S standards on the production line.
Record daily production data, attendance, scrap, and prepare line reports.
Train, coach, and motivate operators to improve skills and productivity.
Support continuous improvement and carry out tasks assigned by management.
Ensure scrap control, productivity improvement, and output achievement.
Manage operator allocation and workflow distribution to meet production objectives.
Perform any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors or management.
Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Manufacturing, Electrical, or related field.
At least 2 years of hands‑on leadership experience in managing production operators or a manufacturing line in production or assembly line operations, preferably in electronics or cable manufacturing and in process control and employee management.
Experience in process control, employee supervision, and production line management.
Good knowledge of production safety, quality control practices and quality management system.
Strong leadership, good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
Able to read and follow work instructions in English/Chinese, preferably able to read and communicate in Mandarin.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
Responsible, proactive, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
