Job description

Fully assist and promote various work plans and projects assigned by upper management.

Organize and arrange production preparation activities, including materials, personnel, tooling, fixtures, standard operating procedures, and work environment, according to the “Production Schedule Plan”.

Complete tasks assigned by the production management department on time and in full, ensuring the effective execution of production plans. Organize on-site production to meet production targets with quality and efficiency, manage product changeovers, and maintain records. Report any issues promptly to the production supervisor.

Quickly report production abnormalities to the production supervisor and fill out a “Production Abnormality Report Form” for department record-keeping. Notify engineering, production management, and quality control for adjustment and analysis, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.

Rigorously adhere to the “7S Activity” standard to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the production area.

Coordinate interpersonal relationships within the production line, strive to improve production efficiency, and ensure employees comply with company policies and labour discipline. Assist the HR department with attendance records and train new employees in line with SOPs and position requirements. Support HR in handling employee onboarding, probation and other personnel changes.

Stay informed about the quality status of the products on the production line and report any abnormalities.

Conduct monthly and semi-annual inventory checks as per company directives.
