Job description

Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Specialists to achieve company goals in quality, schedule, yield, and productivity, following established procedures.

Support the Production Supervisor in managing the production line as needed or as instructed.

Drive machine utilization and operational efficiency with minimal downtime.

Escalate issues to the Production Supervisor, especially in cases of high fallout.

Meet or exceed daily production standards set by the Production Supervisor.

Identify and develop potential Manufacturing Specialists to handle appropriate equipment and encourage high throughput, quality, and efficiency.

Ensure all production machinery is maintained in good working condition.

Maintain a clean work environment and ensure equipment cleanliness at all times.

Accurately and promptly complete all production records and reports, either in the system or in the required format.

Guide and support operators in developing the skills required for their roles.

Monitor and update hourly production status.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your direct superior.
