Job description

• Ability to set daily/weekly/monthly goals, communicating effectively to subordinates
• Supervisory skills needed to oversee employees and coach them effectively
• Ensure good product quality and strict hygiene control.
• Analytical skills to monitor production output and check for compliance with HACCP, GMP and other relevant specifications
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including ability to spot issues in efficiency/productivity and suggest improvements
• Willingness to enforce compliance with safety guidelines and company standards
• Planning and scheduling of production based on customer requirement and incoming raw materials.
• Assist in timely production reports to the management.
