Job description

Job Scope A

• Design and development of production processes for effective transforming of input factors into output of goods and services.
• Production planning and control; to improve and optimize the production yield, rate and method of chemical application, reduction in wastage and rejects, achieve production targets with effective process control.
• Implementation of the plan, such as quality management, maintenance management, methods of improvements, work simplification, inventory control and related activities to produce desired output.
• Administration and coordination of the activities of various components and departments responsible for producing the necessary goods and services; commencing with the selection of location, production management covers such activities as acquisition of land, constructing building, procuring and installing machinery, purchasing and storing raw materials and converting them into saleable products.
• To ensure goods and services are produced in accordance with quantitative specifications and demand schedule with minimum cost.
• Get real time insight into production.
• Improve performance of various processes to reduce cost per metric tonne of quality goods.
• Monitor and control production cost; such as labour cost, energy cost, transportation cost, raw material cost, chemical cost, maintenance cost etc.
• To perform any other tasks that is required by superior.

Job Scope B

• To plan for monthly production work schedule.
• To arrange for the monthly rest day for china expatriate.
• To follow up and monitoring of the production workers attendance, OT, and leave application process.
• To plan , arrange and follow up 6S schedule for related production department.
• To liaise with HR department for production workers affair issues.
• To liaise with Admin department for production workers affair issued.
• Updating of whole production workers name list weekly.
• To compile monthly production workers attendance list.
• To communicate between local production workers and expatriate.
• To plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the production schedules.
• To perform any other tasks that is required by superior.
