Job summary

A manufacturing company in Gopeng, Malaysia is seeking a production supervisor for injection molding. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Polymer Engineering, along with 2–3 years of experience in a plastic manufacturing environment.   • Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues promptly.
  • Implement process improvements and support new product trials or mold testing activities.
  • Monitor production reports, yield performance, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Enforce 5S, safety, and good manufacturing practices within the production area.
  • Train and guide production staff to enhance technical knowledge and performance.
