A leading flour manufacturing company based in Sitiawan, Perak, is seeking a Process/Production Engineer. The role includes planning and coordinating production schedules, managing customer orders, and ensuring quality standards in inventories. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have at least 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. This position requires rotational shifts and aims to improve operational efficiency.
To plan, coordinate and organize required resources to met planned production schedule.
Manage all customer orders and provide good quality offal meal, feather meal, blood meal, chicken oil and packaging inventories correctly that meets the specifications of the customers.
Manage the ordering and transportation planning to ensure timeliness of delivery to all customers by working closely with other subsidiaries.
Provide weekly updates which include quality results, production weight and plant breakdown to General Manager.
Improve workforce utilization to ensure the efficiency of the operation.
Ensure all preventive and autonomous maintenance is carried out on a timely manner at the rendering plant.
Ensure scheduled audit and timely spot check on compliance of raw material handling required are carried out. Issue corrective action report (CAR) when necessary.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Process/Production Engineer preferably in food manufacturing industry.
This position is based at Sitiawan, Perak and required to work on rotational shift.
