As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our efficient and high-quality food production operations. What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food items according to standardised recipes and procedures
• Monitoring production processes and equipment to ensure consistent quality and output
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment by following all health and safety guidelines
• Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Providing support to the inventory and logistics functions to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods
• Participating in training programs and taking on additional responsibilities as needed

What we're looking for
