Provide administrative support to the production and store teams to ensure smooth daily manufacturing and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the production and store teams to ensure smooth daily manufacturing and inventory operations.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain production and inventory-related documents, records, and reports, including job orders, work orders, delivery notes, and stock records.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and timely delivery arrangements.
  • Monitor and update inventory records for raw materials, consumables, tools, spare parts, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  • Handle customer and internal job orders, verify documentation, and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials aligned with production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, stock movements, goods received notes (GRN), and production-related documentation.
  • Support production planning activities by tracking job status, material availability, delivery timelines, and completion records.
  • Assist in ISO Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, ensuring records are properly maintained, updated, and audit-ready.
  • Provide general administrative support to management, production, and operations teams as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Production Admin, Store / Inventory Admin, Admin Clerk, or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to work under deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP, inventory, or stock control systems is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with production, store, and operations teams.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control, storekeeping, production flow, or procurement processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards is preferred.
