Job summary

A healthcare diagnostics company in Subang Jaya is seeking a Sales Executive to execute sales and marketing strategies on their diagnostics solutions. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with clinical leaders and push towards making an impact in healthcare. Preferably, candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree and have 1-2 years in medical sales experience. Strong interpersonal, proactive, and communication skills are essential. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in medical sales is preferred.
• Knowledge in Clinical Laboratory and Clinical Diagnostics is ideal.

Job description

To execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve the agencies’ sales targets

To effectively communicate and promote the clinical benefit and technical performance data of our diagnostics solutions to laboratory managers, scientific officers, HODs, clinical consultants, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop/grow existing accounts and acquire new accounts

To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals so as to achieve trusting, long-lasting partnerships

To determine market requirements and push towards making a real and significant impact in the healthcare industry in existing and new products

To work closely with technical team of engineers and application specialists to ensure successful implementation of projects and laboratory solutions at customer sites

Requirements

Education

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Biomedical, Biology, BioTechnology, Biochemistry, Medical Science, Medicine or equivalent.

Experience

Preferably 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field, such as medical sales in medical & healthcare

Knowledge in some of the following areas would be ideal: Clinical Laboratory, Clinical Diagnostics, IVD, Medical Technology, Clinical Chemistry, Biochemistry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive and Self-learning attitude

Determined and Resourceful
