Job Title: Associate Product Manager / Product Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to support our product team in delivering exceptional digital solutions. You will work closely with the Product Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure product success throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.

Collaborate in drafting and documenting product requirements (PRD), wireframes, prototypes, and acceptance criteria.

Coordinate with development, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.

Monitor product performance metrics and analyze user data to provide insights for product optimization.

Create and maintain product documentation including user guides and training materials.

Participate in user experience design discussions and contribute to product improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required as the Product Team is based in China.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience in product‑related internship or full‑time role is a plus.

Familiarity with product tools such as Axure, Jira, Figma, or similar.

Excellent communication skills and a good team player mindset.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
