Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Calculate material usage and advise product costing and specification to CSG.
• Create drawings for raw materials and products in ACAD/Draft-sight.
• Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Energy.

Skills

About the Company

About the Role

Assist the Head of Department on matters related to the department. Work closely with CSG to support customer inquiries, costing, and article number creation. Support PPD Engineers and team pertaining to the product and process development matters when required.

Responsibilities

• Calculate material usage and advise product costing and specification to CSG based on CTI or requirement in email raised by customer or sales team.
• Create drawings for raw material, assembly, turret-punching, and product in ACAD/Draft-sight and convert to PDF & park at the common folder.
• Create new article number in the system (I-Scala) – key in data to I-Scala such as MPC data, Bil of material, and routing.
• Do proper maintenance and up-keep the Bil of Material, Routing, and MPC data at I-Scala.
• Do proper maintenance and up-keep the drawings and article number file at G:drive.
• Liaise with CSG, Logistic, Production, and QA in regards to PPD related scope as and when it is required.
• Liaise with supplier on material inquiries.
• Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Energy.
• Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Energy Policy, Procedure, and SOP.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior/company from time to time.

Qualifications

• Preferably with some technical knowledge.
• Some experience at ACAD and Microsoft Excel, Words.
