This role focuses on driving the productization of Fixed Wireless Broadband (FWBB) solutions for business customers, ensuring alignment with market needs. The position involves analyzing market trends, creating tailored propositions, and developing product strategies, including roadmap planning and value articulation. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations is key to successful product launches, adoption, and meeting profitability goals.

What are you accountable for?

  • Drive the productization of Fixed Wireless Broadband (FWBB) solutions for business customers, ensuring alignment with market demands.
  • Analyze market trends, customer personas, and competitive positioning to create tailored propositions.
  • Develop and maintain the product strategy, including roadmap planning and value proposition articulation.
  • Work on business cases, ensuring forecast accuracy and meeting profitability goals for FWBB solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Support sales teams in customer presentations, tender submissions, and strategic deals.

What do you need for this role?

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computing, Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, or business development, preferably in the Telco or IT industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for market and customer analysis and data analysis & visualisation tools (Excel, PowerBI, VBA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of enterprise mobility, cloud services, and IT solutions is an added advantage.
