The role
  • Direct all aspects of the division's organizational structure, staffing, and personnel management (including performance, training, and supervision) to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Define sales coverage, identify new prospects, negotiate key distribution contracts, and ensure division output meets all strategic objectives.
  • Identify and implement market strategies, oversee the creation of all marketing materials (e.g., brochures, displays), and contribute to product design based on market demands.
  • Build and maintain strong client/principal relationships, stay current on market trends, and coordinate the development of the company’s long‑term and annual business plans.
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required in any Science disciplines, MBA or postgraduate qualification is a distinct advantage.
  • 4–6 years of product management experience, preferably within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing product launches from concept to market.
