Job summary

How you’ll contribute
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
  • Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including solution design, security reviews, and integration discussions.
  • Lead Proof‑of‑Concept (PoC) and pilot implementations to showcase product capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects, addressing questions around architecture, APIs, data security, and scalability.
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help guide roadmap decisions.
  • Create and maintain reusable sales assets such as demo environments, solution diagrams, and technical FAQs.
  • Occasionally support RFP/RFI responses with technical input.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and tools to streamline the implementation and delivery process.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional value or upsell.
Who you are
  • Proven experience in a Pre‑Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related technical customer‑facing role, ideally in an early stage product company
  • Strong understanding of on‑premise and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and web applications.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Hands‑on experience with scripting (Python, JavaScript), CRM systems (Salesforce), or BI tools will be an advantage.
