The Product Development Executive is responsible for researching, creating, and managing travel products and packages that meet market demand and support the agency’s sales and growth objectives. This role focuses on developing competitive itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and continuously improving travel offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research travel trends, destinations, and customer preferences
  • Design and develop tour packages, itineraries, and travel products
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and tour operators
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and inclusions with suppliers
  • Price travel products competitively while ensuring profitability
  • Prepare product descriptions, brochures, and sales support materials
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote travel products
  • Monitor product performance and make improvements as needed
  • Ensure products comply with travel regulations and quality standards
  • Update product databases and maintain accurate costing records
  • Managing the social media of the travel agency with regular posting on the related product and services offered to increase customer base and revenue
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Business, or related field
  • Experience in product development or operations within a travel agency
  • Strong knowledge of destinations, itineraries, and travel services
